Terms of Use

1. Using this website

This website is run by Inland Contractor Marketing, based in Riverside, California. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information on this site

We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but it's general information, not a promise or professional advice for your specific situation. Prices, plans and policies shown here may change. The services we provide, and their exact terms, are set by the Client Service Agreement you sign with us. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

3. Payments and charges

These are our standard billing terms. Your signed Client Service Agreement sets the final terms for your account.

• Plans: Starter is a $300 one-time setup fee plus $199 per month. Growth is a $500 one-time setup fee plus $349 per month. The free homepage mockup costs nothing.
• What's included: both plans include a website of up to 5 pages. Growth includes up to 1 hour of site updates per month; unused time doesn't roll over. Extra pages and larger changes are quoted separately and only billed if you approve them.
• When payment is due: the setup fee is due before work starts. The monthly fee is due on the 1st of each month.
• How to pay: Zelle or check, using the details on your invoice. Card or automatic bank payments are available on request.
• Texts: Starter includes 250 texts per month and Growth includes 750. Texts over your allowance are $0.05 each, billed on your next invoice.
• Late payments: if a payment is more than 7 days late after we remind you, service pauses until your account is paid.
• Plan changes: moving from Starter to Growth costs the $200 setup difference, and the new monthly price starts on your next billing date. Moving down to Starter has no fee.
• Cancelling: there is no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by email. You pay for service through the end of the notice period.
• Keeping your website: your domain is always yours. If you cancel in your first 6 months and want to keep your website, there's a one-time $500 buyout. After 6 months of paid service, the website is yours at no charge. Hosting, automations and phone numbers we provide aren't included in a transfer.
• Price changes: we give at least 30 days' written notice before changing prices, and you can cancel before a change takes effect.
• Taxes: prices don't include sales or use taxes, if any apply.

4. No guaranteed results

Examples, case studies and demonstrations on this site show what we build and how it works. They are not a promise of specific results. We do not guarantee search rankings, calls, leads, reviews or revenue.

5. Free homepage mockups

A free mockup has no cost and no obligation. We keep ownership of mockups and the designs in them unless you become a client under a signed agreement. Please don't use a mockup, or have someone else build from it, without our permission.

6. Our content

The text, design, graphics, logos and code on this website belong to Inland Contractor Marketing, or are used with permission. Screenshots of client websites are shown with our clients' permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

7. Using our forms and contact information

Please use our contact form, phone number and email only for real inquiries. Don't send spam, false information or harmful code, and don't try to disrupt, overload or break into the website or the services behind it.

8. Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as client sites in our case studies. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the website, and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inland Contractor Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of this website. This section doesn't limit anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Riverside County, California, where the law allows.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
