Who we are

What we collect

What you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, trade and message. When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
Basic technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when you visit, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Spam protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. It looks at signals from your browser and device, not your personal details.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

To reply to your request, including by phone call, text message or email.
To provide services you hire us for, and to keep normal business records.
To keep the website secure and stop spam.
To meet legal obligations.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job:

Cloudflare for website hosting, security, visit counts, spam protection and email forwarding.
Resend for sending the emails generated by our contact form.
Google for our email inbox and for the web font this site uses.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you, serve you as a client and keep business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see below), unless we're required to keep them by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email aidan@inlandcontractormarketing.com or call (951) 254-3321, and we'll take care of it promptly.

"Do Not Track" and tracking across websites

We don't track you across other websites, and we don't allow other companies to collect information about your activity across websites through ours. Because of that, our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

Children

This website is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and reputable providers. No method of sending or storing information is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so at the top of this page.
